Hi, my name is Sarah. I have worked in childcare for over 11 years, as well as having my own two children. I first started out by volunteering at my son's pre-school, just one day a week. Within a month they asked me to work for them, so I looked into completing my childcare training. After two years I was made up to the deputy manager position at that pre-school. Jo and I then decided to open up Little Lions together and have loved every minute of it. I am level three and the named Designated Person, which means I support families that are working with children services or need extra support through early intervention and I take the safeguarding lead. I am the named deputy manager at Little Lions. I have my own key group of children and we are called the caterpillars group.

Hi, my name is Jo. I have worked in childcare for over 15

 years now, as well as having my own two children. I first started as a childminder then went on to work within a pre-school/nursery. From there, I decided to open Little Lions, along with my business partner Sarah. I am level four in childcare and the named manager at Little Lions. I am also the SENCo, which means I take the lead role and oversea all support for children with special educational needs and disabilities. I have my own key group of children, called the Frogs group.

Hi my name is Beccy, I am level 3 qualified. I have been working in nursery settings since 2003. I have experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. I have also worked at breakfast and after school clubs. I joined Little Lions in May 2021 and am enjoying my role within the nursery. My key group are called the Newts.

Hi my name is Tina. I have worked in childcare for nearly 16 years!
I first started working at an after school club, then having my own two children, I stared working at a pre-school/ nursery.
Through many years of working in childcare, I have gained many skills and still continue to learn new skills. I enjoy working with children, watching them grow and flourish in their learning journey. I now run the nursery classes at Little Lions. My key group is called butterflies.

Hi, my name is Lili and I am 21 years old. I always knew I wanted to work with children, so I went to college straight from school to gain my level 3 qualification in childcare. I joined the Little Lions team at the beginning of November 2020 and have loved every moment. I've enjoyed building bonds with the team and of course my lovely key group, the Tadpoles!

Hi, my name is Fleur. I have nearly five years childcare experience and I joined Little Lions in April 2022. In a short time I have learned so much from the team and the children, and I've loved every moment! I have recently embarked on my level 3 training to become a fully qualified member, so now, more than ever, every day is full of valuable learning experiences for me to better myself. I have a key group of children and we are called the Bumblebees!
